Palmer House

Beginning construction in 2026, this full renovation and extension transformed an original brick residence into a modern, coastal family home. Designed by CVA Architects, Palmer House was delivered with a focus on quality construction, functionality, and long-term liveability.

The project included significant structural upgrades and a reconfiguration of the layout to create open-plan living areas, high ceilings, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Built to suit modern family life, the home balances spacious shared zones for entertaining with well-defined private areas for everyday comfort.
