Villa Olivia

Commenced in 2026, this project saw the transformation of an original Gold Coast shack into a contemporary Mediterranean-inspired villa, thoughtfully designed by CVA Architects. Named Villa Olivia after the established olive trees originally on the site, the four-bedroom, two-bathroom residence embodies a sense of calm and tranquility. A central pool, framed by expansive glazing and an inviting alfresco space is complemented by soaring ceilings and a refined palette of warm, earthy textures and tones, creating a cohesive and inviting living environment.
